If you cancel your reservation:

• 22 days or more prior to the arrival date, there is no charge.
• 7 to 21 days prior to the arrival date, there is a charge of 50% of the total cost of your stay.
• 1 to 6 days prior to the arrival date, there is a charge of 100% of the total cost of your stay.

In case there is no notification on the cancelation or in case of departure prior to the determined departure date, you will have to pay the 100% of the total cost of your stay.

An advance deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required to secure your reservation.

For 1 to 3 days reservation, the cost of the first night is required to secure
your reservation.
